Coders Bootcamp is an initiative by TECHNOWEBS to provide high-quality, industry-focused training for students and professionals. Throughout this policy, references to “We”, “Us”, or “Our” refer to TECHNOWEBS, and “You” refers to the enrolled learner or participant.
Refund Eligibility (First Two Classes Policy)
We want every learner to feel confident in their choice of course. Therefore, we offer a short evaluation window:
- You may request a full refund only after attending the first two (2) classes.
- The refund request must be submitted within 12 hours after the completion of the second class.
- After this 12-hour period, no refund will be available for any reason, including personal circumstances, schedule conflicts, or incomplete attendance.
No Refund After Certificate Issuance
Once a learner has completed the course and the training certificate has been issued, no refund can be processed under any circumstance.
Class Cancellation & Rescheduling
- If Coders Bootcamp cancels or postpones a class, the class will be rescheduled.
- No refunds are issued for class cancellations, since the session will be conducted at a later date.
- No refunds are provided if a learner misses class due to personal reasons.
- One batch transfer may be allowed, subject to seat availability and administrative approval.
Payment Non-Transferability
Fees paid for a particular course or batch cannot be transferred to another individual.
