Coders Bootcamp is an initiative by TECHNOWEBS to provide skill-based professional training to students and learners. By enrolling in any course, accessing learning materials, or participating in Coders Bootcamp activities, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Enrollment & Eligibility
- You must provide accurate personal and contact details during enrollment.
- Enrollment is considered confirmed only after payment of the required course fees.
- Coders Bootcamp reserves the right to accept or reject enrollment applications.
Course Delivery & Participation
- Courses may include live classes, recorded sessions, assignments, and projects.
- Learners are expected to attend classes regularly and participate actively.
- Missed classes will not be refunded; however, batch transfer may be allowed once, subject to availability.
Use of Study Materials
- All training content, including slides, recordings, notes, and project files, is the property of Coders Bootcamp / TECHNOWEBS.
- Materials must not be copied, shared, distributed, resold, or uploaded publicly.
- Violation of this will result in termination of access without refund and may lead to legal action.
Certificates
- Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of the course requirements.
- Submitting assignments or projects may be mandatory for certificate eligibility.
- No certificate will be issued for incomplete attendance or unpaid fees.
Fees & Refunds
- Fees must be paid before or at the beginning of the course as instructed.
- Refunds are governed separately under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Once the course certificate is issued, no refunds are possible under any circumstances.
Conduct & Behavior
Learners are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors and fellow participants. Harassment, abuse, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the course without refund.
Limitation of Liability
- Coders Bootcamp provides training for educational and skill development purposes.
- We do not guarantee job placement, internship placement, or salary outcomes.
- We are not liable for personal device failure, internet issues, or learning performance.
Jurisdiction
All disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising from Coders Bootcamp services will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Siliguri, West Bengal, India.
